Clean, crisp, readable 

  • Similar to Solid Ground 

  • Doesn’t have a particular style or colour in mind. Will leave it up to the design to choose.
    She does want to reflect her personality, which is bright, and Bubbly. 

  • Will also have to check with Sutton for what logo is allowed

  • Black and white logo, or red options for the logo 

  • Likes pastel 

  • Pinterest board - rose gold, Bubbly, classic

  • Slogan - “Your Home, My Passion”

  • This colour palette was decided by clients and the options were provided by our Jr Designer.
    The client picked Shade of Pink and Ash/Dark Grey for her website

  • Icons represent the organic personality of Klaudia and their business.

  • Welcoming, easy-going & family-oriented

Content Map & User Flow

Objectives:

  • Make user click listing page

  • Generate interest in the listing page

  • Their interests leads to contact form

  • Keeping the site clean no fluff, viewer are looking for their first house they are already overwhelmed.

Challenges”

Narrowing down major CTA

  • Using Plugin which pulls listing from the original site and host a completely “Klaudia” dedicated listing on her website.

  • Using Klaudia’s pictures to give the site a personality and simultaneously giving away how Klauda is as a person.

  • One page website hence difficult to pinpoint the CTA’s specific intent

  • Repetitive CTA

  • Seizing all the information in one page

  • Testimonials` as this is fairly new website.

  • Trying fitting in all the listings
